World class support

Bridgehead´s original challenge was to bring world class support to Avaya users in the Nordic region. Avaya demands a lot of their Business Partners - and so should Avaya end-users! In our world the Business Partner's support role is two-fold.

Firstly, to support the systems that have been sold. Support services should include remote alarming, technical help desk, first-class site engineers, deep competence for advanced technical problems, the right spares holding, experienced speaking partners, etc. All this costs. And in the experience of many users, if this costs too much - the second important area suffers.

For us the second area is that of the customers' system development. This requires skilled and highly active salesmen that see it as their role to understand your system and your business, your problems and your plans. And to propose solutions.

Avaya systems have developed incredibly in functionality and richness in the last few years. Not every system in the region has benefited from these new possibilities.
